I joined the RightNow team to direct all aspects of communication for the non-profit ministries of RightNow and BluefishTV as they engaged in video-based bible study sales and leadership events. The ministry experienced steady growth during this period and revenue was between $5.37 million and $5.54 million.
As the lead creative, I established new branding guidelines to create a more cohesive packaging experience for customers to support higher brand recognition.
Average sales for the rebranded packaging projects were between 6,000-8,000 units and the ministry was able to keep a hold on market share during uneven economic times.
Creative Direction & Design: Bill Roberson
It is not very often you get to work for/with someone like Bill. His leadership is second to none. Bill is the kind of leader that gets the highest respect from his peers and his employees will do anything they can for him – because they want to.
Bill’s attention to detail, productivity, quality as well as loyalty to those directly junior to him is, in my experience, without comparison. Bill regularly takes time to maintain the health and cohesion of his design and production team, while never downgrading his value for excellence and timeliness in terms of the final product for which they are responsible.
